At MOUJKAR GROUP, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase

Returns 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

•  Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
•  Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
•  Return requests must be initiated by contacting our support team

Non-returnable items include:

• Innerwear, accessories, or customized products
• Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@desiglow.in with your order ID and reason for return
2. Our team will review and approve the return request
3. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us
4. After inspection, the return will be processed

Note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images/videos of the issue 
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost 

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Only size exchanges are allowed (no design or color changes)
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
