Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Return requests must be initiated by contacting our support team
Non-returnable items include:
- Innerwear, accessories, or customized products
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)
Return Process
- Contact us at support@desiglow.in with your order ID and reason for return
- Our team will review and approve the return request
- Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us
- After inspection, the return will be processed
Note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Only size exchanges are allowed (no design or color changes)
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
