Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders across India. Delivery to certain remote locations may take additional time. 

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days 
• Non-metro cities & rural areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

•  Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
•  Free shipping may be offered on selected products or minimum order values
•  Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include additional charges 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries 

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
• Courier partner or natural calamities 

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply

International Shipping
